The Silverado Lodge at Canyons Resort

Canyons newest treasure, Bistro at Canyons (winter only), the very first Kosher Restaurant at any US ski destination, will re-open prior to Hanukkah 2012.

All of our Canyons dining facilities fall under the Talisker Restaurant Collection umbrella. Talisker’s renowned cuisine is rooted in what comes from the land, specifically, the Wasatch Mountain corridor. Often described as Rocky Mountain Cuisine, menu offerings include a balance between the refined and the rugged, borrowing from both haute cuisine and foods indigenous to Canyons mountain heritage. Guests will embark on a delightful culinary adventure fulfilling their desires in inviting and wondrously inventive restaurants. The Farm offers both lunch and dinner. Located in the heart of the Resort Village, with a spectacular view of both Ski Beach and the mountain, the Farm features new American cuisine. Red Tail Grill, located in the Grand Summit, offers amazing mountain views. Featuring an innovative Southwest menu served in a rustic setting, it is a perfect al fresco dining spot for lunch and dinner. Murdock's café offers a fast and fresh offering for guests looking for a relaxed family dining experience. From coffees and cocoas to salads and grinders. Located in the resort village and open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and apres ski (winter only). Be sure to visit the exciting and eclectic Talisker on Main located in the heart of historic Main Street and the only certified kosher restaurant in a US ski destination, Bistro at Canyons, located at Silverado Lodge (reopening prior to Hanukkah 2013).

The Silverado Lodge is located in close proximity to both the Orange Bubble Express, the only lift of its kind in the US and the Red Pine Gondola. An average of 355 inches of snow blankets Canyons' 9 peaks every year. 19 lifts provide access to 182 trails on 4,000 acres. Trails are available for all skier levels, particularly intermediate and advanced. Snowboarders and skiers alike enjoy an expansive terrain park, bowls, and 6 natural half pipes. Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley, both within 6 miles of Canyons, offer a combined total of 188 trails on more than 5,000 skiable acres.

Guests of the Silverado Lodge at Canyons Resort are invited to use the Grand Summit Health Club and Spa (charges apply), located in the Grand Summit Hotel located nearby the Grand Summit Spa and Health Club has but 1 mission...relieve guests of the worries, stress, and aches that life has been known to deal. A signature service menu offers a wide range of therapies customized to individual needs. Guests are invited to spoil themselves, renew their spirits, and rejuvenate their bodies. After all...it’s therapeutic! The Club offers guests cardio equipment, resistance machines, and free weights, with yoga classes for a surcharge. Steam, sauna, and hot tubs are also available. A lagoon-style heated outdoor pool is open year-round
