“I highly recommend Timhotel Monmartre.”

We found Timhotel extremely comfortable. The bed was fantastic. The room was clean and warm. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Romain. The location was as good as you could wish for - within easy walking distance to so many of Paris' main attractions. 5 min walk to Sacre Coeur. 5 min walk to Metro. 8 min walk to Moulin Rouge. The surrounding neighbourhood was very safe and filled with cafes, markets and coveient shops, The views from our neighbourhood over Paris were breathtaking. I would recommend it to anyone. “Great location, friendly staff- comfortable rooms.”

The hotel was easy to get on the Metro and not far from the Eurostar station. The room was small but not tiny and the bed was very comfortable. The only disappointment was the tiny shower and the breakfast. But I would and have stayed there again- and I would highly recommend it.

“Ideal position in Montmatre and well situated for access to Abbesses Metro”

A charming little hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Be prepared for a climb up the steps from Rue D'abbesses, awkward if you have heavy luggage. We had a "compact" room overlooking square which made it more interesting although you can hear the occasional late night revellers and drunks wending their way home in the early hours. There is no bar in the hotel but a very pleasant bistro directly opposite which has lovely views over the city. The nearby Rue d'Abbesses is very lively with a good choice of restaurants and cafes and the Place D'Abbesses is close at hand for the Metro. Breakfasts were fine but get down early as there are limited tables and it will save you having to wait.

“Wonderful Paris”

The Timhotel Momatre is in a wonderful location within a quiet tree-lined square with a Momatre atmosphere. It is close to the Abbysses Metro and there are several good restaurants nearby.

This hotel met our needs perfectly. It had a nice intimate feeling and is on a quiet square. Right near the Abbesses Metro and the little park with the merry go round in the middle. A wonderful vantage point to explore Montmartre and Sacre Coeur. Charming neighborhood full of restaurants of all ethnicities, brasseries, cafes, shops, and even a squeaky clean laudromat where we did a week's worth of washing. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, spoke excellent English. The breakfast was a very good but not complimentary. However, the price seemed quite reasonable.

“Lovely little no frills hotel in a great location.”

Chose this hotel primarily because of the picture in brochure of a quiet little hotel on a leafy square in Montmartre and this was just what it was. My daughter went for a break for her 21st birthday trip and it was all we needed in an atmospheric location. At a great price I would definitely stay there again if I were to go to Paris.

“A really lovely easy going hotel”

situated within minutes of Sacre Coeur, the hotel is a good climb from Pigalle, so whilst not ideal for the elderly or disabled, for anyone else it is an excellent choice. Very clean, friendly helpful staff and convenient for both Abbesses and Pigalle metro. Each evening we wondered up to Place Du Tetre where there is an excellent choice of restaurants and bars. The atmosphere alone is worth a visit for. There was also a good selection of bars and restaurants just down from the Hotel. We would most definitely book again.

“Romantic, Authentic Paris Experience”

I absolutely loved this Hotel. Its in the Heart of montmartre with lots of restaurants and cafes, art galleries etc. Its easy to reach by metro. The Staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms are very small but that is quiet standard in paris. It was clean and cozy. I would go back there any day!

We arrived late to a warm weloome and a clean and tidy room after a hectic journey. The hotel is in the more romantic part of Montmatre, with plenty of attractive bars and restaurants. We will definitely use this hotel next time we visit Paris.
