“Great location but not particularly comfortable”

The Hotel Moris Grands Boulevards was a nice clean hotel, in an excellent location at the border of the 10th and 3rd arrondissements. Our room was modern and clean, but extremely small and quite noisy. Our only real complaint was that the room was overpoweringly hot (in late September). There was no ventilation for the shower, which made the entire room as hot as a sauna. There was also no air conditioning in the room. There is a lift in the hotel but it is so small and slow that most guests were using the stairs for all floors.

“Don't know the meaning of "do not disturb"”

The staff is so-so. Only some of the receptionists are nice. The cleaning staff got inside my room even though I had my "do not disturb" sign on the handle! This is very rude and happened twice! I recommend to keep all your belongings locked in the room (no safe though).
