“decent”
for the price its fine if one does not mind taking the train to paris. there was one desk clerk, a female, who checked me in and was rude to me and my friends that i was meeting there, other than that fine.
“good value”
I thought the hotel was clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly .Not much to do in the area there are some eating places and a supermarket near by but station was near and was easy to get to most places in paris. But trains finish at about 12.30 so you could not stay in paris to late.
“Nice Hotel, but don't rely on a taxi....”
The staff were friendly, the room and service was good. BUT, be warned. Myself and my partner arrived at CDG airport quite late (Around 22:15) we were eager to get back to our hotel and everyone was telling us this hotel would give us transport to the hotel for free via the shuttle bus. But reading the sign we knew it didn't go there and one shuttle driver confirmed this for us and so did a lady from the airport staff that we managed to get to call the hotel for us, they told us... -we must insist for a taxi to the hotel and that the taxi drivers were only refusing because it was a short journey and they wanted long fares- Previously we'd been to the taxi drivers and they kept sending us back to the shuttle. And when we arrived after the call and tried to insist they tried to do the same, it was only because one kind driver saw us walking backwards and forwards between taxi lanes getting told to talk to the other taxi lane that we got to the hotel that night at around 0:00. It was a VERY scary and upsetting experience, we couldn't speak french well as it was and everyone was trying to fool us. I would wish the upon no one, so be careful, and if you do intend to stay at the hotel and get a transport there, make sure its an early flight so the trains still run (where ever they were its a big airport) and you have time for the taxi hassle...the hotel should have ordered the Taxi for us for it to get better marks in my book.
“Clean, simple, and basic hotel”
The hotel was o.k. for our purposes. We did not want to enter Paris by car and searching for parking spaces etc. We could park our car without additional fee. The walk to the local railway station in Goussainville is 10 min. The commute to Paris with the regional train RER takes 20 to 30 min. The hotel itself is simple but clean. The bed was awful: it is too soft (cheap mattress) and does not give any support. My husband and I slept on the "fringes" otherwise we would have ended up in the "hole" in the middle. The hotel is located in a rather bleak, industrial area with fast food restaurants close by such as KFC and Mc Donalds. Don't take the breakfast - get a baguette or croissant at the local bakery close to the railway station. Hotel staff is friendly.
“Clean and trying hard”
Room was very small, but bathroom had all essentials. Hotel and room were clean, but there was water damage and mold on wood panel in bathroom. Hotel was in serious need of renovation and repair. Location is very quiet, out of high traffic areas, very near train station. Staff was polite and helpful, but seemed disorganized --had trouble finding reservation.
“not impressed at all”
we stayed at this hotel in june.the weather was very hot and the air con packed up.breakfast was expensive at 12 euros and very limited.we ended up using another hotel for breakfast
“Would certainly not go back to this hotel”
This stay was just a convenience stop over before travelling on the following day. I had read the reviews which were mostly pretty bad but thought that as it was just for one night we'd cope. The hotel was as bad as the previous reviews with not one feature to recommend it. I would certainly not go back again.
“This is a "3-Star" Hotel? Yuck!”
I'm not sure how Expedia ranks their hotels but something's amiss. This so called 3 star hotel barely met our expectations. The surrounding area is bare & pretty depressing. The grounds & building were unkept to such a degree that I thought the hotel wasn't open, let alone doing business. This fear was further entrenched when the door wouldn't open & I saw that the lobby was empty. Fortunately it was open but because they're so short on staff, they locked the door because they were handling other duties elsewhere in the hotel. There appeared to be some water damage on our floor: the hallway carpets had some stains associated with flooding, there was a strange musty/moldy odor especially the hallway, & the door to the room across from us was propped open to air it out. Despite the odor, our room was tolerable for 1 night. There's no way we would have stayed longer. The staff weren't impolite, and breakfast is available for a fee (we didn't enjoy it). There's a McDonalds & KFC (with free Wifi!) across the street, a grocery store and train station within walking distance (10-15 mins depending on pace). The photos here paint a very different picture so be weary! Later that week we stayed at another hotel (Sejours et Affaires Roissy Village - Apartment) that is somehow ranked as a 2 star hotel & it was awesome! (Check out my review there.) Blew us away in terms of quality and on par, pricewise, with this place. Do yourself a favor, don't stay here.
“Very bad experience”
Despite its name, the hotel is quite far from the airport (we paid the taxi 45 euros to get to the airport). It is indeed located in an industrial zone. Although we had reserved 6 weeks in advance, on arrival we were told that they did not have a two-double bed room and we were given a "smoking" room instead that was horrible. It was unclean and the blanket had holes in it. I should say that the hotel staff were very polite and professional and tried their best to help out. This was the only positive thing we saw over there. Anyway, I would not return there.
“Far from Airport”
This hotel was advertised as being close to the CDG airport, but it wasn't
