“Great price, nice hotel”
Room was very clean. It's a great hotel if you are with children. The free shuttle service is definitely a plus since the hotel is not at a walking distance from the disney park. The price is really good for a hotel like this. Dont even consider to pay lots more to stay in a hotel located in the park. You find all you need in this one.
“Very impressed”
Arrived after a long flight from Australia and was surprised that our room was ready early. Great service. Great location. We would book here again.
“very good”
I really impresssed
“I wish that the rooms were as good as their lobby”
Room service is very bad. Bring your soap with you. Rooms must be cleaned properly. Lobby is nice however it is very noisy. Breakfast is good.
“Its OK”
I stayed in Dream Castle with my sister and her 2 kids ( aged 6 years and 7 months). We stayed in family room which has king size bed and the bunk bed. My reservation had a baby cot request and when I was checking in I was told I need to check it in the room and tell them if its not there????? Interesting.... The room was clean and neat but very small. Now, the whole checking in time was interesting .... Its 3 pm and and Yes you can store your baggage but after 5 am wake up call and with 7 months old baby 2 hours waiting was not a good start. The staff at the reception is very helpful, but they were very busy and check in/ check out/ or to obtain any information was taking ages! Breakfast time was a bit of a chaos, as you would expect with all those excited kids. The line to the self serve coffee machine about 15 min..no kidding and that's on the good day when it was working properly. The room was equipped with the fridge ... but the temperature inside the fridge was + 6 degrees. With the baby and 35 degrees heat outside we found it a bit challenging. But apart from all of the above, we had absolutely wonderful time! The kids had a ball in Disneyland Park and Studios. And I guess, that's all it matters if you go to the places like this. In my opinion, the hotel it not fantastic, but if you, like us intend spend a little time there it will do.
“Go somewhere else!”
The hotel was okay but for the prices I'd expect more. The buffet was 29 Eurp for adults and 10 Euro for kids. Not only was the food not worth 29 Euro I don't think the average person can consume that much food. The price didn't even include a beverage-NOT EVEN WATER!!! As for the children, the food wasn't very child friendly. The pool was indoor and the room was poorly lit. The pool water didn't seem very clear and it was quite small. No towels were offered at the pool so you had to bring your room towel with you and if you didn't already know that when you got to the pool then you had to turn around and go get some. The locker rooms also weren't very well kept. The showers have the soap dispensers located high on the wall so that my children couldn't reach. If this is a hotel that serves families with children, wouldn't it be smart to make it child-friendly? The grounds were okay but not much to look at. There's a large area outside where I can envision an outdoor pool. Because there isn't an outdoor pool I defenitely won't go there in the summer months. The convenience to and from the park and train station was fantastic. No complaints. Paris was very easy to get to by train and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in getting us there. All in all, for the money I paid, I won't be going back.
“Great hotel - close to Disney. Highly recommended”
The hotel was clean, big rooms, well decorated, very friendly staff overall, good breakfast, easy access to Disney. We have stayed in all of the other nearby hotels and this one is by far the best.
“its no dream..but okay for a quick stay to go to Disney”
its no dream...but okay for a quick stay to go to disney
“we will never go back to this hotel”
nothing is near by this hotel ( evry thing is expensive in the hotel ) we don't recomend this hotel at all ( we had very bad experiance ) , they have only one person in the reception to make the check in for all the hotel gests wich take very long time , they don't have any porter in the hotel so we have to cary our baggages alon to our rooms . it is more convenuince to stay in the town were avry thing is arround you and more cheaper and you can take the underground train to visit the desny land .
“Wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you're broke!”
The hotel is fine if you're traveling on a budget. Keep in mind that services are way below expectations and don't be fooled by the nice photos on the website. Dream Castle is basically a nice looking shell that sleeps guests somewhat comfortably and that's where it stops. Food isn’t the best. I opted for the breakfast included option and realized that the food was very basic. Nothing impressive. The rooms are fine but have hardly enough closet space or shelves so you may only unpack for a couple of days-worth of clothes. The coin machines don’t work. Concierge service is a myth. I think that’s enough. Personal;ly, I wouldn’t go back unless I go broke.
