“excellent value for money”

This hotel offers clean, comfortable accommodation at a great price. The staff were very helpful and could speak english if required. Our balcony had a panoramic view of the beautiful Parisian skyline and the Eiffel Tower. The hotel was a 10 minute walk to the local metro/train station and only 3 stops to the centre of Paris. The local restaurants and shops were friendly but a bit pricey. Would use this hotel again and would recommend it for families

“Simple but practical”

First impressions were rather daunting but our overall conclusion was that it served us very well. As we were driving we needed to be certain of secure parking and this hotel was selected as this was offered. The parking arrangements worked very well and the room was comfortable and practical. Connections into central Paris was very easy and the local area offered enough options to for an enjoyable evening only a short walk from the hotel. Hotel staff were very polite. We regret not setting time to use the swimming pool but when in Paris there are so many other things to do.

“Find it and you have a superb place to stay!!”

This hotel has all facilities necessary for a trip to Paris. The rooms are adequate,clean and well maintained,the staff very helpful, and the breakfast good value for money. Nearby are excellent resturants with moderate prices and good food. The only problem is finding the hotel initially when arriving at the La Defense Metro Station. Instructions given were misleading and inadequate and it took us nearly one hour to find it!. It can be easily walked in ten minutes when you know the way.

“Great value”

I was travelling alone; room was a bit larger than other comparably-priced Paris hotels I've been to. Room overlooked pleasant courtyard. Free internet. 10 minute walk from La Defense Metro/RER stop. Nice neighborhood; it's the part of the suburb of Courbevoie that is not the office towers of La Defense. Front desk is shuttered from noon to 2:00 pm.

“Absolute Bargain!”

This hotel is an ideal base if you're visiting Paris. If you follow the directions from the hotel information you will have no problems in finding it. It is close to the Metro Station, and even has 2 buses running from the Metro station to 'virtually' the front door of the hotel. The staff speak good english and were willing to help. The room was kept nice and clean everyday, however there is no air conditioning so you may want to consider this if you are staying in the summer. Overall, would definitely book this hotel again if I were to stay in Paris again.

“Good hotel, good price!”

Really nice place to stay while staying in Paris, close to the underground station. It's quite difficult to find - look for the sign "RESIDENCE" above the building.

“Nice French Hotel”

Beautiful setting outside downtown Paris in the Financial District of LaDefense. Hotel sits among the newly designed highrises and quaint Pariseane streets. Our 6th floor room sits over a scenic courtyard and our double windows stayed open the entire time. If you want to stay in the heart of paris I don't recommend but if you appreciate a nice walk and quiet from the crowds this is your spot. The pool is in the Bsmt,the staff spoke little english,and the check in closes from 12 til 2 each day. Cont'l brkfst is slim ,metro rail and malls close by. Or'of'wa!

“Just fell in love with the area.”

The room was well sound proofed and the kitchenette was even better than pictured. The indoor pool was down for repairs, but over all I thought this should have been rated a 3 star or better. What a deal, a fairly new building with WiFi at a 2 star price. If I get to Paris again, this hotel will be high on my list. There was even a very courteous car rental establishment (SixT) almost right across the street, and being on the far west edge of Paris, we were able to jump right on their equivalent of the Interstate without having to drive in the insane traffic in the center of Paris. Only a few blocks from the RER also. Just an excellent value over all.

“Economy hotel”

The room has everything to cook. It is the good place to stay and save a few bucks. However, I would not recommend this hotel for a romantic trip to Paris.
