“Great Experience”

I love the whole feel of the hotel. Being that it is made to look like a castle, the atmosphere is very pleasing. The room was nice, and the bed was so comfy. The staff was very friendly as well. The hotel was central to many things on I drive. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to since we were so close to everything

“Fantastic...Will definitely be returning”

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean. Newspaper delivered every morning. Free wifi and flat screen tv which also had Internet. Courtesy call was made by front desk several times to ask if everything was ok and if we needed any assistance. The condition of the hotel was well kept. Close to food and shopping( walking distance if you don't have a car). Great atmosphere and soothing music every time you entered or exited.

“typical Holiday Inn quality”

Nice hotel, great location, typical Holiday Inn quality, cleanliness, service. The "castle" decor is a bit off-beat but what do you expect in Orlando?

“Excellent stay”

Everything was great. Rooms where clean, satellite tv with movie channels. Free wireless internet in each room, and if you did not bring a lap top every room has a computer in it. Plenty of towels, pool was very nice. My only complaint is there is not a mini fridge in the room.

“Ideal i-Drive location”

Clean, well kept hotel in a great location. It was easy to find (easily visible from the road because of it's castle appearance!) A short drive to all the main theme parks and near enought to several restaurants on i-Drive. Staff were super friendly and always available to help if needed.

“Treated like a Royal at The Castle”

Our stay in the hotel was only for one night, but it was a great night. We had just come back from a cruise and we wanted to visit Universal Islands of Adventure. We got there at 10 am and luckily, they had a room ready early. If they don't though, they do have a bellhop station where you can leave your luggage until a room is ready for the bellhop to deliver your luggage. The location is very convenient, with different types of restaurants all around the area within walking distance. I think the most convenient thing about The Castle for us was in the lobby, where there was a Universal Orlando Resort desk. They offer ticket sales and meal deals, but the most important thing that we got out of it was the free boarding passes for the shuttle that will take you to Seaworld and Universal. In order to get on the shuttle, you have to go to the desk and request the boarding passes. The hotel itself seemed like it would be a good place to stay for a trip to Orlando because of all of the amenities. They have a smaller pool, a large hot tub, an outdoor bar, a nice fitness room, and an arcade. On the opposite side of the hotel, there is a restaurant called Cafe Tu Tu Tango which seems to be hip and very fun. The rooms were spacious, with large bathrooms, and free wifi. There are a few insignificant cons to the hotel; they charge $1 per local call on the room's phone and they charge $25/day for incidentals, but they refund it within a week or two. Overall, I would stay there again.
