The facility lied and took my money. I had aThey facility lied and took my money. I had a service dog and they charge me additional $150.. thatā€™s bad service you supposed to on service dogs and my service dog had a picture ID and they still neglect to use it. They charge me $150 so be aware and stay away from sunshine.

Everything was great! The only reason Iā€™m giving 4 stars is the rooms were sooo muggy at night it was so hard to sleep even with the AC on. Iā€™m not sure if thatā€™s just a Florida thing. Also the room is never completely dark at night it looks like itā€™s still 6pm all night due to the street lights.

I stayed at this hotel for a week in 2023 and enjoyed it enough to return for another week in 2024. The beds are great, the rooms are always clean, and the hot breakfast is a nice perk. During my first stay, the breakfast was excellent, but on my most recent visit, they frequently ran out of items and didn't seem to care much about restocking. If you're flexible with breakfast options, you'll be fine. One thing to note is the helicopter service next door, which operates only during the day. If you plan to sleep during the day, this might not be the best place for you. Despite these minor issues, I still recommend this hotel overall.
