“good hotel everything was as expected”
clean and well maintained , nice location

Very adequate for a one night stay or even longer, not the closest to the parks, but not far either, located right off 27 Hwy. They allowed us to check in early also.

Nothing bad to say. Clean, inexpensive room. Said there was a hot breakfast, but hot breakfast consisted of biscuits/gravy and a tray of sausage patties. Not bad.

We came here to ride bikeson the van Fleet trail and also go to sea world. It was a very good stay
“Very satisfied- recent improvements?”
Perhaps it's under new management.There seemed to be recent improvements including new carpeting. Everything was very clean on arrival. The hand towels were even folded into swans ( a bit over the top). The beds were comfortable. The only thing at all shabby was some odd wear pattern on the tile in the bathroom. It looked like it was from renovation work. The hotel grounds were well lit and landscaped. It had a decent pool. The hotel is near the border of a not so great neighborhood. On this side we walked to a Puerto Rican Cafe that closed without notice. (It had been open when we drove by). The hours of operation posted only listed opening times. This is often done in places to avoid being robbed at closing. Such businesses close during a lull instead of keeping regular hours. In this area was also a pawn shop and tattoo shop. On the other side of the hotel were many tourist shops that seemed to be in a better neighborhood.

Great Deal from Expedia and very nice hotel for such price, only thing - breakfast area is small, but if you come earlier - it's no problem

I would categorize this Hotel as "Top of the Line" among very reasonably priced motels. WiFi functions easily and plenty of bandwidth, very adequate warm breakfast; staff very friendly and helpful; a nice clean room and everything works. For the price you'll have a hard time beating this.
“Excellent”
We were in Florida for two weeks and stayed here for three nights. This was the best place we stayed. The breakfast was simple, yet adequate.
“Clean - But take ear plugs if you're a light sleep”
We stayed at 5 places over 6 days, taking in the gulf coast of Florida and aside from the "Disney Tourist's" children, this was the cleanest and most comfortable place we stayed. Take ear plugs if you're a light sleeper though as the other tourists can be noisey after returning from a day at Disney. I imagine that holds true for many places around this area though.
