Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The home sits entirely on a single level - no stairs, smooth flow between every room, and easy access for all ages and mobility needs. The main living area connects directly to the kitchen and opens out toward the backyard, giving the whole space a natural, easy rhythm. A TV, comfortable seating, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and an Ethernet connection are all on hand for planning the next day's itinerary or winding down after a long one.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests across 5 beds. The king master suite includes a private bathroom and direct access to the pool area - ideal for early starts or a quiet swim before the day begins. A second bedroom is fitted with a king bed, a third with a queen, and the fourth is a themed bedroom designed for younger guests, with two twin beds and details that make it feel like an adventure from the moment they walk in. Every room comes with a TV, ceiling fan, room-darkening shades, hangers, and clothing storage.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles group cooking without the usual stress. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, baking sheet, wine glasses, dishes and silverware, cooking basics, and barbecue utensils. Breakfast is provided each morning to get everyone fuelled before heading out. When the evening calls for something more relaxed, the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area are ready to go.
 
Outdoor living
The private backyard is anchored by an inground pool, surrounded by sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a dedicated dining area. Pool heating is available for an additional fee - worth considering if you're arriving during cooler months or planning early-morning swims. A set of bikes is on hand for exploring the surrounding area, and lake access is reachable via a nearby path for a quieter afternoon away from the parks.
 
Game room & entertainment
The converted garage is now a fully stocked game room with arcade games, a pool table, foosball, and exercise equipment. It's a natural gathering point for the group - competitive enough to keep older guests entertained long after pool hours and a solid option for anyone looking to stay active without leaving the property.
 
Family-friendly features
Younger guests are well taken care of throughout. A crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, board games, and life size games are all available. The indoor children's playroom and outdoor playground give kids their own dedicated spaces, and the themed bedroom adds an extra layer of fun. Babysitter recommendations are available on request.
 
Comfort & practicalities
Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep things comfortable year-round. A washer, dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and full bed linens are provided. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, bidet, and cleaning products. Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front and back of the property - none face the interior. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place.

Self check-in via smart lock keeps arrival simple. Free parking is available on-site and on the street. Guests have access to nearby resort facilities. The home is pet-friendly, long-term stays are welcome, and housekeeping is available at an additional cost.
