First of all when checking in was very terrible the receptionist or manager who ever she’s but she’s a Indian young lady she’s very rude an she has a very nasty attitude any questions I asked he she never know I don’t know how she gets a job position here she needs to re train because she has a not good customer service she will run any good customers away like myself because I’m here every week I hope Armoni take heed into this review thank you

This hotel is a complete mess. The hall way carpet is too dirty, the room carpet is extremally dirty , the bathroom door was broken. The bed was uncomfortable. too much noise around and the outside area is scary and dark.

David at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending. His words “he just gave away the room we reserved 3 weeks ago and he wanted to offer us a cheaper room with 2 small beds instead of a king and this room had no microwave for no discount. He was unapologetic and just had an oh well attitude even tho our room had been fully paid for for 3 weeks. The room had a wobbly board in place of part of the window and and yes I have a picture.

Dated cardkey system on a guest room that forced me to re-keys 3 times after my arrival that took roughy 90 minutes till finally able to relax in a room. A front desk young man was very helpful and hard working but owner should put a one moe person to manage the guest check in smoothly.

Facility was not clean. Property was in disrepair. Elevator was inoperable and limited toiletries. Glad I brought my own soap

The Armoni Inn is a good value for the money, much cheaper than surrounding properties, I stayed two nights. The room was attractive and clean, however there are some shortfalls. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, there were no cups in the bathroom, and there was one bar of soap so small it was comical. Fortunately I travel with my own soap and water cup. Also, my room was not serviced while I was there.

The sheets have sexual liquid on it as well as the towels to pay money to stay somewhere and they not giving you or making sure that the towels and the sheets are clean is ludicrous

My review this time does not mean I do not like the hotel. In this instance I am disappointed. My entire stay has had miscommunication with the hotel and myself. My room wasnt cleaned any day that I requested. I had to clean and take out trash myself. If I have to do the job that your service is supposed to provide upon request then. Maybe I need to be paid for doing it then. Front desk is always as helpful as they can be so I appreciate that. I stay here quite often so I just dont want the service to drop when I know I have received better from you guys.

There is a woman name, Martha, that is a horrible customer service person. I have had many great visits here, but when it comes to her on the weekends, she makes things very unpleasant.

I have stayed at this property multiple times always very satisfying, but my last few encounters with a woman name Martha has been to say the least not good. She is very rude and non-accommodating. I would not recommend coming here on the weekend as she works Saturday and Sunday. Unfortunately there’s always that one that gives the rest of the bunch a bad name and she is that one.
