“Very impressed”
Our friends wedding reception was at the Westin down the street. We opted to stay at this hotel because it was a bit cheaper and we could still walk over there. We saw the Westin rooms and I was so much happier with our Marriott room! It was large, very comfortable, clean and neatly decorated. The only thing I noticed was the TVs were in awkward places. Otherwise, I would love to go back! Plus, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Right near the mall and plenty of restaurants too.
“Quality for the money”
We got a great deal to stay at a hotel that has free shuttle service to John Wayne airport, free bottled water, friendly service, and a nice room.
“Very pleased”
We were very happy with the location, condition of hotel and staff at the Costa Mesa Marriott. Only 20 minutes to OC beaches.
“Great hotel-wonderful service”
The hotel service was excellent. We were accommodated with rooms next to eachother, all down beddings were removed. Later that night we figured out that our room had a somker as the previous tenant, and when we brought it up to the front desk, they moved our room, packed all of our stuff and moved it for us and replaced the down beddings with cotton. The breakfast buffet was great, and kids under 12 eat for free! Parking was $18 per day, but we got the room at a suprising low rate, so the the parking was no problem. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was great. Didnt realize that there was $18 parking fee per day, this came as a surprise.

“"Sweet Suite"”
Very comfortable beds, Staff friendly, nice area, easy acces to freeway. Large mall, restaurants nearby. Overall a nice place. Minor gripes, carpet in hallways worn, strange noise outside that sounded like a leaf blower all night, parking and wifi fees.
“Great location, would stay there again”
We were very satisfied with the location and the hotel itself. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No surprises, it looks just like the pictures on the website, or maybe even better.
“Very nice hotel in a great location”
We were pleased with the quality of the hotel and restaurant. Our "suite" was spacious and had a touch of elegance with French doors separating the living room from the bedroom. Our room overlooked a well-manicured greenbelt and the pool which made for a nice view. The staff was genuinely friendly. And a bonus was the fact that we were so close to lot of great places to eat (besides the hotel).
“Not recommended”
The hotel is old with older amenities. The room was also very dusty and not stocked properly. TV's had a great deal of static. Was not happy that I had to pay for parking and the hotel card never worked to exit the parking structure. Room service food was pretty bad.
