“Amazing”

Great location, friendly staff, spacious rooms. There's a coin laundry for use as well, handy when you've already been traveling a while. Right across the road from Disneyland

“Clean Hotel -- Horrible Internet Service”

Hotel Was clean, parking was good but internet service was minimal at best. My college son met me there to stay with me for several days but the internet was so slow that he could barely do his homework. One reason we stayed there was it was close to work for him and not far to his school. Probably will not stay there again.

“Great Hotel at Disneyland.”

This hotel has a great location. Service was very good and everything was ok. Everyone was very kind and always had an answer and suggetions to our questions. If you want to visit Disneyland, this hotel is one everyone has to consider.

“Good Value, Bad Towels”

Good location. Service was good. The pillows were very uncomfortable and old. The towels were down right ridiculous. They must be 20 years old. They are paper thin. Hotel management should be embarrassed. Not a huge cost to provide decent towel.

“average at best”

Called front desk about heater in room not working properly. Attendant said maintenance would come and solve problem. Maintenance never showed or called.

“Awesome until the end...”

Extremely satisfied with the location, you can't beat right across the street from the park! The room was kept at the perfect temp thanks to the auto heat set ( it was chilly out). The beds were comfy and the bathroom was super clean. Loved the upgrades too. Actually didn't hear too much noise as I read from other reviews. The Pizza Hut was a great money saver for dinner. Parking expires fir guests at 3pm on day of check out. I hoped to shop downtown Disney and have a late lunch without having to rush. I contacted the front desk in the evening asked if we could get a 2 hr. parking extension for the next day. The gentlemen said "sure just let the front desk know when you are checking out. That's fine it's only for two hours! ". So I planned to take our time getting ready. When we checked out the front desk said no we can't do that. I mentioned that I already spoke to someone and they said it wS no problem and she said "well the evening employees don't have the power to make those decisions. ". Absurd! How am I supposed to know they don't?! I tried to tell her it's only for tel hours and she proceeded with we are scheduled to be full tonight. I'm thinking well good thing I'm leaving before they get here! Valet said as long as youre back b4 four they wont tow your car . Geez! So we had to rush the shopping and eat earlier than planned. So we made it back by 3pm so we didn't risk the freaking tow. Otherwise i will stay again and just plan accordingly cuz they won't budge!

“Newly Renovated and Close to Disneyland!”

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always been happy. The rooms are newly renovated and are very comfortable. We enjoy the 3rd floor 'cafe' where we usually get breakfast before heading to the park. Walk to Disneyland is no more than 10 minutes and a perfect location. You can even see the Disney fireworks from the balconies. Front desk has always been friendly and helpful :0) We'll be back again!!

“Great Location”

Location was ideal - 2min walk to the theme parks. The hotel is very family friendly. The quality of the bathroom was just ok - the towels are paper thin.

“Clean but no breakfast and no microwave!”

The room was very clean - and the reason I would recommend to others. However, the Camelot and Carousel hotels are closer to the Disneyland entrance and for the price, as long as they're clean, maybe a better deal. This hotel is close to the Disneyland entrance - just not as close as the others. When we booked our room we were under the impression that the room had a microwave, fridge and continental breakfast. It has a fridge - but no microwave and no breakfast. We had to rethink our plan on the fly.

“Clean, Lovely but Noisey”

Everything about the room is fine except the heater and airconditioner. It was entirely too noisey to say the least. It kept us awake!!! The freeway noise is a real set back to a good nights sleep as well. What happened to the complimentary continental breakfast? We were disappointed in the charges for a simple light breakfast. The staff are Great!!! The rooms are lovely. Close enough to Disneyland to walk easily. Many places to eat near by.
