Amazing Property!!

Amazing property and the description matched the stay! So close to Disneyland! We have already booked a future stay!!The rooms were so nice and provided plenty of room for all of us to space out and change.

Great Disneyland stay

Overall stay was great! It was a quick walk to Disneyland, Downtown Disney and California adventure. The Storybook villa had a great layout, clean and comfortable. We will definitely book again in the future!

Perfect stay for family

We had a great time at the storybook Villa! Everything about our visit was perfect. They granted us an early check-in. The condo was squeaky clean. We were right across the street from Disneyland and everything in the condo was in working condition. One of the best stays we have had.

Convenient stay for Disneyland visit

We enjoyed our stay at Storybook Villa. The townhome was well-stocked with fresh blankets and towels and everything was comfortable. We loved all the Disney decor touches, we even made Mickey waffles one morning! The walk to Downtown Disney/Disneyland gate isn't super quick, but doable! Happy to have the kitchen for cooking while visiting Disney.

Great Location

Family enjoyed our stay. Close proximity to Disney is ideal, but we did not walk to the park. Lyft was cheap and easy. Really liked having a garage. Would definitely recommend.

Such an awesome property!

The home was so clean and the beds comfy. Excellent location with all of the amenities (pool, spa, beach towels, laundry, kitchen, etc.). We will definitely be booking again.

Roeder Disney 2025

We mostly use the condo for sleeping. We were out before 7:30 and home after. The location was unbeatable half mile walk to downtown Disney get coffee into straight into park. Perfect. Beds were a little soft and lumpy otherwise great stay overall.

Disney Family time

We were very happy with the location of the property as it is just a 9 min easy walk to the entrance to downtown Disney. The townhouse complex is an older complex but it served its purpose for what we needed, basically a place to come home to after a long day at Disneyland. We enjoyed the space and having a full kitchen to cook our breakfast was ideal. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults.

Family Vacation

If you’re looking for a great place to stay close to Disney, you’ve found the right place. Short walk to the parks. You can either walk to Downtown Disney or to the tram at the parking garages. The house was clean, had plenty of closet space, and they even left a cute gift for our kiddo. Also need to add that the parking spot was literally in front of the door. Can’t beat free parking, especially around Disney. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again when in the area.

Location great

Location was great, about 20 min walk to the gates of the parks. We had a major issue at one point during our stay but our host answered our call immediately and was on site within 15 minutes and later resolved the issue. The unit could use a more thorough cleaning.

Clean but dated

The property definitely was older than the pictures made it look, however, it was clean and sufficient for us. We were able to spread out in the 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse.

Fantastic place to stay!

We stayed for 11 days and boy did we love it!!! The condo had everything we needed and more. The space was set up so nicely with great sized bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms (having 3 toilets was key to getting out of the house early for our daily activities!) We enjoyed the pools and the walk to Disney was short and sweet with shaded areas to keep out of the heat! Thank you for this wonderful place to stay!!

Excellent location

This is a fantastic property. The location is great. It is about a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney, so it is close enough to go back and take a little break instead of having to be at the parks all day. The house was very clean and close to many restaurants and grocery store. The host was very responsive and check in was easy. We will definitely try and stay here again next time.

Great location

The location is perfect and condo has all you need. The condo could do with a spruce up as it looks a bit tired and clean/weed the outside area. The beds are really soft which we don't like but accept others would. Would I stay again, yes I would. Compared to Disney accommodation this is great value.

Disney Vacation

Our stay was great. The Storybook Villa is perfectly situated, a short walk from Downtown Disney. It is a nice unit with plenty of room both inside and out, an easy access to the pool, close to various shopping areas with a parking right in front. Overall, a really nice stay in Anaheim. Thank you!

Amazing location - well loved.

Owners were highly responsive, best location for a 10 min walk to downtown Disney, plenty of strollers and cute little gift for kids at check in.House you can tell has been well loved, does not look as nice as in the pictures, maybe needs some cosmetic upgrades or updates. Floors creek REALLY bad upstairs, so if you have light sleeping little ones, try and limit bathroom breaks. Bring eye masks and ear plugs due to bright lights and thin curtains and road/neighbor noise. BUT we would rent there again based purely off location and owners.

Disney vacation

Home was clean and just the right size for my family of 6. Walking distance to the parks ( about 15-20 min to the tram). Parking space is right in front of the home so easy loading/unloading, more than enough fresh towels, and area was quiet. Definitely recommend for a Disneyland stay!

Great rental for Disneyland

We had a great stay. The home is well maintained and stocked with household supplies. Minutes away from Downtown Disney and Disneyland walking. Beds were so comfortable. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating to our needs, easy to reach as needed. My kids LOVED all of the little Disney touches throughout the house. We would definitely try to book again for our next visit!

Clean, comfortable, and close to the park!

This property has ample space for a decent sized group, and you simply can't beat the location. The home is kept clean and has great amenities; it's an older building but well-kept. Neighbors all seemed friendly, even those that seem to live there full-time. You can see/hear the Disney fireworks right from the front porch every night; so don't panic where you suddenly hear loud rumbling at 9:30pm. Pool access was incredible, 3 pools and a hot tub that were never busy (though I'm sure that changes with the weather). Would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

The house was PERFECT for our family! Lots of space for 7 of us. The kids loved the bunk bed. My husband and I took the master suite and the bed was SO comfy and the walk in shower in the ensuite was just great! Everything was clean and we had everything we needed! The walk to downtown Disney and both parks is very easy and we took advantage of being so close to the parks that we walked home in the afternoon for a rest before walking back to the park for the evenings! We loved the pool and used it multiple times as the week was a very warm one!! Thank you for a great VRBO experience. We will recommend your rental to anyone who is looking for a place in Anaheim and would be happy to come back any time!

Great Disney Location

Overall, very happy with our recent stay here! This is the first time staying in this complex, and we really loved the location and convenience for our Disney days. Our kids (and ourselves) really enjoyed the pool and park areas on our “break days” from Disney. Lots of nearby grocery shopping, which is important for a family with 3 little kiddos. The property was well equipped for young kids, which I appreciate (strollers, high chair, kids cutlery/plates, etc). I would only say that if you are picky about a high level of esthetics for the place you stay, you may want to consider a different place. There are some renovations that could be done (cracks in grout, creaky floors, etc), but none of this bothered us. Would definitely stay here again when we return to the happiest place on earth! Thank you!
