"We thoroughly enjoyed the cabins ambience, the fire pit area outdoors, and the hot tub. It was a great way to celebrate a 50th birthday. A few minor cleaning issues so we didn’t feel led to leave extra for the cleaning person, otherwise 5 star 😊 Thanks for the beautiful property."

"To start to say this place was great is an understatement! Was the perfect place for my wife and I’s first wedding anniversary. Check in and check out were very simple. The evenings and mornings were relaxing as could be with the location being very secluded. Cabin was very very clean and comfy all the way around. We look forward to making this a tradition and going back every year. I seen some negative comments leading up to our stay which is generally just a year say. To say those comments...

"The heater was rather noisy. Also, we had to clean the bathroom floor when we arrived as it did not appear to have been swept. In addition we had to clean the stove as it looked like somebody cooked tomato soup and ran it over and the front of the stove had dry soup all over it. Would still return here for another stay in the future."

"The cabin is perfect in it’s location. It faces a pond and the host has placed two bird feeders in front of the cabin. It was great fun to watch the variations of birds( we counted 11) we watched the deer come to the pond in the morning and at dusk. We watched the fox run across the yard. We were close to Hocking State park and hiked both Friday and Saturday. It was perfect! We laughed, ate, shared stories,ate, rocked on the porch and did I say, ate?!! "Nice little cabin, overall good, everything was functional. The only comlaint is the mattress on the bed was probably manufactured sometime around the beggining of the jurrasic era. Made sleep all but impossible. Two people roll to the center and sink. Other than that all was good."

"Went for a Valentines weekend. Cabin was very cozy, well stocked and clean. Loved the deck, fireplace and hottub. Bed was really comfortable! Laurelville was super close for good breakfast as well as the State Park. Overall this was perfect for 2 people."
