"Fantastic stay, everything was beautiful and clean, staff so lovely and accomodating and the free help urself coffee machine in reception was very much appreciated after not much sleep prior to our arrival. Great hotel with super comfy beds We can’t praise this hotel high enough and if we return to the area will absolutely stay here again 5 stars all the way 👍🙌👌"

"As i frequent traveller , this apartment staff is just so professional and responsive. During my recent stay , i found out that dryer is not working . As that is a weekend , and they dun have a technician to get it fixed. So they pass me a enply room key just beside my room to get my laundry done up . And replaced the dryer ,the following monday. My big thanks and appreciation to Yuliana duty manager for all her effort."

"Not much English in the neighbourhood but I was there on long weekend evening and everything was shut. The property though was very safe and sound."

"The hotel was exactly what we needed and comfortable. The area around had a lot of homeless and young kids wandering the street. Will stay again because it is central to train station and shops."

"Very spacious room which was clean and the tv had great streaming options. The only downside was the limited amount of warm to hot water in the bathroom."

"2nd time we've stayed here. Both times very happy with the rooms. They accommodated us at very short notice without complaint and were very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was sparkling with all the basics. Showers were hot. The only small comment was the balcony was looking a little drab, but serviceable. "

"Nice apartment however it was not cleaned properly. Toilet, vaccum cleaner and some cups were left dirty. However when spoken it was done properly. Had to pay extra for the car park"

"The check in process was very welcoming, information and instructions were very clear and given with great Customer Service. Just a suggestion for next time is to provide dish washing cloth to wipe down benches and a tea towel. Coffee and Tea provided but there were no tea/coffee mugs to use ☹️. Was neat and tidy overall."
