“Would highly recommend it”
This was my first time staying at a Red Lion Hotel. I found it to be a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly , very helpful, and accommodating. Would highly recommend it to others.
“Close to airport and clean”
I have stayed here numerous times for business travel. The service and hotel is good. Clean and the restaurant is tasty. The only negative is the speed of the shuttle. They only have one shuttle at a time that goes from the BART, hotel and airport. It can be very slow and the BART station nearest the hotel is not a safe place to hang out and wait for a shuttle
“Easy Access to Highways for San Jose, Fremont n San Francisco”
The Hotel Staff was Very Helpful with answering all the Questions and the Overall hotel was Clean. The Mattress was Comfortable but i think they need to get new frames cause few night i was able to hear the beds from other Rooms.

The hotel was clean and the staff courteous and friendly. There is a free shuttle to the airport.

Service was great, although desk clerk made the faux pas of mentioning room number out loud. Otherwise hotel was good deal, clean, modern, well kept up for the money. I would recommend.
“Room Great but Beware of 3rd Party Bookings”
Despite some booking mess-ups by Expedia for guests who were in line in front of us and a full bus of Chinese tourists, the staff behind the desk were patient and did their best to get everyone settled. As I was checking out, the morning clerk told my husband and I that guests who arrived later than we did at 9pm, in some cases, had to be turned away as there were physically no rooms. The night staff and the morning staff both said the overbooking by 3rd parties happens a lot. In both occasions Expedia was mentioned by name. I'm so glad my husband and I were not on the negative end. The best part of our stay was leaving our car at the hotel and taking its shuttle to the BART station and getting speedy transport back after a great day at the US Open in SF.
