"Lovely location and property for our week in London. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating and the location is close to the tube, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again."

"It was much nicer than I expected Staff was very kind Hotel was charming, older, classic English,of a certain era. We loved it. I took the time to phone the hotel directly to let them know we would be arriving rather late…. I also requested a room with a bathtub which we were granted. We were pleased with all of it and will be returning "

"Excellent transport connections within easy reach of Bayswater and Queensway underground stations. Property was immaculate in all communal areas and our junior suite was excellent with plenty of storage. Dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries all provided. Breakfast was a great selection of fruit, cereal and pastries. All staff were so friendly. Lots of gift shops and restaurants locally, also a Sainsbury's and Tesco around the corner. Our only niggle was that we could hear and feel the tube trains from our 3rd floor room! It didn't stop us sleeping or wake us up, we were just aware of it. A really great stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again "

"Honestly I was a bit scared because of bad reviews but for the price I had an amazing experience, spacious room, helpful staff (24 hours), good location and yes it was dated and wasn’t the best looking room but I’d say great value for money. "

"The hotel was nice for the money paid. It was close to Bayway tube station and Hyde Park. The laundry servicewas great, drop it.off in the morning and pick it up at night. Do worry about the hotel breakfast. Go to M&S on the corner and get crossants and cereal and you will have the same thing. Housekeeping was wonderful. They even did the dishes. "
