"The property was very nice and clean. The staff friendly. The compressor in our room needed to be repaired and was very loud preventing us from sleeping. The maintenance person looked at it and had no idea what to do. The key device to our room did not work and we had to replace keys multiple times and stand at the door trying to access the room multiple times before we could get in. Other than room condition, our stay was very nice."

"We loved the location and the unique qualities of the hotel. The entry area and common breakfast room was nice and cozy. Well presented breakfast buffet. My girls like the elevator too. The staff was very friendly and full of helpful information. The only suggestion would be to update the actual bedrooms with a quick an easy update, and paint. The beds were comfy and clean.
