"Booked this place for 3 nights, it’s definitely not a hotel, it’s an air bnb. There aren’t comforts of a normal hotel or a check in counter. "This is a guesthouse not a hotel. My first instinct was to cancel my booking due to the initial shabby appearance, however after meeting the friendly, helpful owner I decided to persist. "The room was a great little 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor. It had a balcony that gave amazing views of the mountains on one side and the promenade on the other. The staff were polite and helpful, greeting us eachtime we walked past the front desk."
