Location of the property is excellent. Very near to Niagara falls. Parking charges $10 per night. Should be less for guests.

The property is worth the price I paid. It’s very close to the niagra falls plus good Indian food dining options in walking distance as well.

The hotel itself was fine. Lots of parking though a lower curb to roll luggage to vehicles would be better for those like me with mobility issues. The breakfast was great with 2 proteins and lots of accessories. But what I found most strange was I couldn’t get a late check out. Everywhere else I’ve stayed will always allow a moon from 11am checkout. I even offered to pay more but was told the hotel was sold out so no I couldn’t and the hotel had a no late check out policy. There was A/C and black out curtains, but if you’re a light sleeper I’d say bring ear plugs voices really carried. It was great that the room had and provided coffee and accessories with a bar fridge and microwave. The room was quite large with a dining table and 2 chairs and a desk. Also a house phone to get the wifi info. I had forgotten to request a bathroom with grab bars so to be safe brought a toilet assist which sits on the bowl to raise me higher so I can get up easier. The toilets I’d say were lower than average and without my aid I couldn’t have used the toilet in my room. The toilet paper was also extremely low. The toilets were like from a kindergarten classroom, that low. On the whole I rate it 8/10. The staff were friendly and polite and it’s is obviously a very popular hotel!

This is a great location. This is our second stay, and I recommended it to my friends and family. We came with family and got multiple rooms this time. Very clean and spacious. Breakfast is awesome. The only thing is the front desk staff /mgr is a bit aloof. He doesn't like to answer tourist questions, it seems.

Room was smelling of stale cigarettes, and the doors weren’t locking and unlocking properly. We asked for a different room, but were declined, even though we knew for a fact that other rooms were empty.

Positives was property location was very walkable to the falls. Staff was kind and friendly, beds very comfy and microwave and fridge was a plus. The only negative was room's bathroom could have been cleaner. Shower curtain was mildewy in need of replacement and toilet was not cleaned properly.

First room had a running toilet that stopped working at 930 at night and we had to change rooms. The door on the first room was warped and didn’t shut properly. The front desk clerk was very nice and got us a new room quick but the second room wasn’t much better. The elevators were very slow and seemed like they would stop working. Wouldn’t stay there again

We were there for a college visit and decided to visit Niagara Falls. Nice hotel facilities for an inexpensive price. We definitely took advantage of the pool, their exercise room and of course free breakfast. Plus, the room was spacious for us four. You do have to pay a parking fee but was worth it. It was walking distance from the falls and like two blocks from the casino. Would stay there again. Plus the staff was attentive and nice.

Parking fee to stay at the hotel was a bad start. The hotel pool had vomit around the edge. Hotel staff was unaware of the issue. The breakfast was underserved, unavailable and disappointing. Hotel room was not properly setup when we arrived.

We appreciate the Manager Rose who was very nice and accommodating. The food handlers were rude. They slam things and not even courteous. They act as if they hate working there. Overall, it’s OK.
