"This hotel left a lot to be desired. It wasn't very clean, including brown stains on the side of the mattress and ripped bed skirts. We had 4 people in our party and only 3 pillows per bed and they would not provide additional pillows when asked. The elevators are extremely slow, even during non peak hours, we ended up using the stairs a lot. While the location walkable to Niagara, it is the furthest away from the park compared to the other options so you will be walking a lot. The hotel overall just needs a really good update. The free breakfast was actually good, so we appreciated that each day. I recommend you choose something a bit closer to the Niagara falls entrance, stay at the Casino, or stay on the Canadian side where there is more to do and things are more walkable."

"Room was great, staff excellent, breakfast was great, however I was almost sure it was supposed to be included with the room rental. Thought the price for breakfast was a little steep. Since I am disabled, they were very accommodating so I parked on premises. Thank you."

"It was fine. Kids loved the pool and video game area. We loved washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was okay...kids loved it. Adults..meh."

"Has the larger rooms, with extra wide spacing (4’ plus) between the walls, queen beds, A/C, and desk below TV (wall mounted nearly 5’ from floor a huge plus). The bathroom has a smaller sink space than most, but has a mirror next to the TV by desk. Exceptionally clean, with a well maintained property and exceptionally maintained building. Was such an exceptional experience, that we added a 3rd night. The breakfast is standard, but the list of restaurants and fast food was 10/10 optionally excellent. If every hotel could be like this, would never have a bad experience. Has a laundry $3/wash & $3/dry."
Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

"The hotel is centrally located close to the falls. It's extremely popular with certain foreign visitors. Cleanliness seems to be a chronic issue, for example, chicken bones were left on the corridor floor for the two nights we spent. The free breakfast is okay, but the cafe floor is not kept clean. The pool and hot tub were in good condition. The value for the price is good."
