"Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "
"Lovely village pub . Separate building with rooms so no noise from the pub. Double bed ,wardrobe, bed side table and lamp with a desk (tea and coffees and bottle water). Large wet room/bathroom suitable for disabled access. "
"Lovely quiet setting. Relaxing and comfortable. Good shower.
Decor a bit dated but it is a historic and unique property which is nice.
Golf on the site. Hairdresser and spa treatments. Great theatre nearby. Walking trails including up to 15th century Castle ruins. "
