“Excellent Hotel!!”

Our experience at this Hotel was great! The staff was very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend anyone look to stay here if visiting New York. I'll be staying with Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Upper East Side for my next trip!

“Upper East Side Courtyard”

This was a surprise for us. Expected the usual nasty NY hotel but got a good, clean, friendly place where we were treated each night to the lovely smells of bread baking from a nearby bakery. The view was non-existent but other than that, the room was fine.

The staff were friendly and professional. They were welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel was very nice. It was very clean and well kept. I could only find one tiny complaint. I wish the bathroom had a better vent for steam removal.

I've stayed at the Courtyard Marriot Upper East Side several times, and I recommend it strongly. The rooms are unexpectedly large and are very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the price is right.

I am from NY and like to stay in the neighborhood I grow up in. I was very pleased to find the Courtyard by Marriott close to my neighborhood. The rooms are very spacious for a NY hotel, clean, and comfortable. When I return, I will stay in this hotel, without a doubt.

“Very nice hotel - OK restaurant”

The hotel is wonderful, the rooms are clean and newly re-decorated. The staff is very nice as well and the rooms are very quiet. The restaurant is not up to the same standard. Repeatedly, menu items were not available - even the water for my tea was tepid...the "machine" to heat water was "broken". Finally, I asked to have water boiled. Only one morning out of 3 would they comply. The eggs, however, were very good.
