This was so nice and the three free alcohol drinks between 5:30 and 7 was great! Our room was perfect and the bed was comfy. Alexx checked us in and was super nice! Thank you for a great stay!

It was my first hotel booking ever and they did not disappoint because their staff service were very nice and helpful. The room itself was very clean and smell good. They had everything I need including towel and including anything soap related. The hotel was not very loud when it came to people walking by. The parking area was very good because I could distance my self from bad drivers. My only bad take is their pool was crap but beside that everything was good.

The breakfast was great, but Kimberly and Alex and the whole staff were wonderful. Things happen on trips, but they helped make it a wonderful experience. The dryer was not working but that wasn’t their fault and they are looking into it. But everything else was great!!!

Location is in a good part of town, The staff were all friendly and helpful. Beds are very soft, with a lot of pillows. The food for breakfast and dinner were always very good. The only complaint I have is some of the dishes that were brought out (supposed to be clean) still had dry food on them.

Very close to BNA and a free shuttle. Room was clean if typical, staff was very friendly & helpful. Bit noisy at certain times from airplanes taking off or landing, but good overall.
