"We loved this house. Sure, it is rustic (as the title says), but we loved the vibe. The architecture, exposed wood, and white floors felt like a 60s surf bungalow. The house is interesting and there are some quirks, but nothing that had any impact on our stay. It was clean and well appointed where it mattered- the linens were clean and fresh, the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the mattresses on the twin beds seemed new. It was walking distance to the little town, beach, playground, Sconset...

"Nick and Kristi were such wonderful hosts. I had an amazing four nights stay at the cottage in March. It was nice to enjoy the quiet time of ‘Sconset off season. Walking into the cottage, I immediately noticed how clean it was and how nice it smelled. The use of the small space is clever and feels so much bigger than you’d think. "The property is very well stocked with everything you need for cooking, etc. The home is in walking distance to downtown. Renting bikes is fun with wonderful bike paths. We would stay here again."

"My friends and I came for stroll weekend and had a great stay! The house is well stocked and enough space for 6 adults to sleep comfortably. We didn’t bring a car but was able to walk into town in about 20 minutes, take the island bus or Ubers. The house also had bikes but we did not use since it was winter. 45 Surfside bakery is also close to the house for coffee and breakfast. "We had an amazing family Thanksgiving! Very comfortable and spacious for the 6 of us. Nice to have a master suite downstairs for my elderly parents. And another master suite upstairs for us.The house was impeccably clean with all the amenities we needed. The outdoor space was fantastic. We had fun playing ping pong and corn hole and sitting by the gas fire pit. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our holiday! Thank you Steve!"
