Being retired military and traveling around the world, I can honestly say this facility falls within the top 5 worse places I have ever stayed. And that includes tents in the middle east. The facility from the outside looks like something I have seen in the middle east after the bombings. Parking was unreal corners you can barely navigate. Upon check-in the hostess did not even offer her name, and very unpersonable. Upon getting to room I knew it would be an unpleasant stay, I just was truly unsure of how much it would be. Not a single door in our suite would close without force, including the main door. The furniture within our suite that was obviously gotten at local garage sales, nicks and scratches on everything, Appliances were old and dented, and quite disgusting. The beds were hard and unconfortable. The only saving grace was the view from the 14th floor overlooking the ocean. Other than that this facility needs to be leveled and rebuilt.

We had a great visit. We were upgraded to a king suite and that was really nice. The hotel wasn’t as crowded as I thought it would be the hot breakfast was really good overall a really Nice stay.

The parking garage is very tight, and the place could use a little better attention to detail when it comes to cleaning. However, the place was not nasty by any means. Also, the pool area was awesome. If you like a heated pool, this one is right up your alley. Also, the playground attached to the pool area was nice as well.

Our room smelled horrible. We asked that house keeping did not come in our room, they continued to do so every single day. Our fridge leaked water inside all over everything. Very dirty floor boards. Bathroom door handle was barely attached. No batteries in smoke detectors. Most uncomfortable bed! The place as a whole was not very clean looking. Our family left some items in their room and hotel staffed claimed for several days nothing was left behind until they demanded a manager. Breakfast hardly had any options.

What I liked was some of the noticeable upgrades, The room and bathroom were clean. The easy access to the beach area was the best!. The location was great for restaurants and shopping, but not in the middle of the busy city. It was biker week(wow the fun) However still need to improve the cleanliness of some areas (the elevator had a smell, and was outdated) the lazy river looks like it can also be clean. Better monitor of the area with kids/teens jumping off the bridge over the pool . Dangerous! Keep improving and I will try again.
