Veuillez vérifier le lit à votre arrivée. Les draps n'avaient pas été changés à notre arrivée. Nous n'avons pas vérifié le lit à notre arrivée, c'est de notre faute. En nous couchant, nous avons eu une mauvaise surprise : les draps étaient sales. Nous avons dû dormir dessus. Le lendemain, nous avons demandé à ce que les draps soient changés. La personne chargée de vérifier, visiblement agacée, nous a dit : « Vous partez aujourd'hui, n'est-ce pas ? » Je lui ai expliqué que nous avions réservé quatre nuits ! Nous sommes sortis en ville et, à notre retour à l'hôtel le soir, la carte était désactivée ! Personnel pas souriant,presque inexistant!

Sehr saubere und modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Große Parkplatz vor dem Hotel mit Ladestationen für E-Autos. Freundliches Personal und sehr umfangreiches und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Kurzer Weg mit dem Auto nach Straßburg.
