"The hotel could use some improvement and maintenance and cleanliness. Bathroom still had hair and mess from past occupants. Carpet had stains and could use a good cleaning. Beds seemed okay. What was very upsetting is after my stay I was charged a $33.90 fee to my credit card. I called to see what this is for and they said it was for allowing outside guests to use the pool. Apparently, it was in the terms I signed before checking in but no one ever said anything to me or my family during our stay. My family visited for maybe two hours and swam while no other guests were in the pool. The manager offered to refund me the fee but would then file a civil case against me. I think this is poor customer service, and I will not stay at this property again."
