Illinois Accommodation

i really enjoyed the spacious room. our room had two very large sized beds two people could comfortably sleep in each, the room service was excellent and easily accesable. i would highly recomm the congress hotel with it's close proximity to parks, restaurants and great sight seeing/ activities.

The front desk check in was ok. Not super friendly. Just professional. The room was very nice and they did honor my request for no feathers in the pillows or in comforters. The ottoman had colored marker stains on it. Otherwise the room was nice and clean. The d�cor looked fresh. The view was a brick wall. We weren't staying for the view, but it would have been nice. The lobby is beautiful and if I had more time I might have signed for the tour.

VERY CLEAN LARGE ROOM. CLOSE TO THE BEST OF CHICAGO AND WALKING DISTANCE TO NAVY PIER. ALSO, BEST HOTEL GYM EVER! IF YOU ARE PICKY ABOUT YOUR HOTEL ROOMS THEN YOU SHOULD STAY HERE.

Worth a visit. Was in town just for the night prior to a conference. If you have anything to do at the Civic Center...stay here. Only about three blocks down. Sampled lounge and restaurant (Bennigan's# with no complaints. Staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful #had some issues, personally, while on-site). Overall, a very nice stay which I would recommend to anyone needing a night or more.

The Hotel was great, we stayed there for a special Olympic event. The kids loved it. With the pool, pool tables, and video games. They really enjoyed the breakfast too. The only complaints we had, was no hot tub, like it says on the internet, and no mini fridges. We have meds, that need to be refrigerated and we had to have them in ice, but other then that we loved it.

excellent stat but, the bed was uncomfortable and tossed and turned all night. that is the only compaint. will stay again if get the chance..

Room was beautiful and modern. looks new and very well kept. comforter esp soft and full and loved all the white.

Staff was great, Cleanlieness was top Notch. I have stayed at two other hotels in decatur and I will be back at the MArriott in October for sure!
