"I liked that just as the room looked in the photos, it was the same in reality (and I have visited quite a few hotels around the world), but it is often different. This is very good because it was clean and kept in very good condition. I was afraid of noise due to the location of the hotel, but there was none. I am really impressed with how well you can sleep (I will only add that I had an important meeting the next day). First contact with the reception and also a very positive impression....

"Just an overnight stay en route as we have done before. Beautifully situated country hotel with lots of green space. Very comfortable room, clean with good facilities. Didn’t use the pool but it was available. Delightful dinner and a hearty buffet breakfast. Hotel is dog friendly with lots of walking available. We will stay again."

The staff were very friendly & helpful, especially Agnes on the front desk, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast selection, including eggs cooked to order, & lovely range of breads. The bar was OK but rather lacking in atmosphere, especially for a late-evening drink."
