I loved this hotel - it met all our needs completely - we had a great room - clean, spacious and with an unbelievable view of the cathedral next door and the river below. The staff were helpful and the aquarium is a fantastic feature. The bar was relaxed and affordable and the restaurant food excellent. The hotel is not at all stuffy however and caters to the ordinary and down to earth.

Stayed 3 nights B&B at this hotel....fantastic value for money. Amazing breakfast which was replenished all the time...tremendous choice of hot and cold food, omelettes and eggs cooked to order, vast selection of fresh fruit, cold meats, cheeses, sparkling wine etc. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are brand new and spotless. Dressing gowns/slippers supplied. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Loved it!

We opted for a studio room because we tend to be out so much when we visit a city. It was really perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped and could easily be used to put simple meals together. We popped down to the bakery almost next door every morning to buy fresh croissants. A supermarket around the corner had anything else you might need and was open late. The cleaners were good but not obtrusive. We were impressed that they actually left the towels we hung up in the bathroom so that we kept using them rather than have clean ones every day; something no other hotel seems to do despite leaving notices saying only towels in the bath or on the floor would be replaced. Such a waste of resources. The reception staff were a little mixed as regards friendliness, but they were all helpful. The barman Andre was delightful, helpful and efficient. There is a comprehensive list of drinks and very nice food if you want to eat in. A very good choice of hotel in a great location and with excellent transport links.

Situated just across the street from from main train station. 10 min walk from old town. Grocery 2 min. Great brauhaus restaurant 1 min. Clean, chic, quiet, great breakfast buffet, staff is helpful they even sell passes for subway and buses.

Perfect central location, rooms very clean but a bit on the small side but what do you expect in a city centre hotel. Reception very helpful.

Great location. In the middle of the city near all the shops and city tour buses, etc. Public transport is not required.
