Very nice outside spaces, pool and outdoor restaurant. we knew the room would be small but there should have been drawers for clothes. And there should be a coffee machine in the room. Staff was very friendly. Free bikes and location were great.

The staff was great. I got there early and when I went up to leave my bags to grab lunch the young lady at the front desk had the cleaning crew get my room ready early while I waited she pointed me the roof top, Serena the restaurant and pool area.My stay was great all the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but you don't stay in them long because the hotel has alot for you to do and the area is walking distance to shopping eating and the beach.

We loved our stay at Moxy. Everything was great but the only thing we found was the opening of certain areas was not consistent. Pool area was supposed to open at 8:00 am and one morning we waited until 10:30 before we could get into the pool. The pool area server was not consistent on start time. One day they appeared before 11:00 and another day not until close to lunch time.

Pros: Location is good, close to Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road, but away from all that city noise. We did not use the on site amenities, but others seemed to enjoy the pool and the bars in the lobby and rooftop. Chairs available at the beach if you’d like to soak up the sun. Cons: Rooms are smaller than expected. High resort fees. Parking $49/day (valet only). Luckily, we didn’t drive there. Umbrella at the beach not included, costs about $20/day. Very expensive hotel in my opinion, but what isn’t expensive in Miami. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Best hotel! Got stressed that I left hotel key in UBER. Front desk put me at ease & had no additional charge for this. Pools were fabulous. Location was perfect; very walkable!

Eliana was an amazing person to work with while at this property her customer service was wonderful and she was so helpful :) only downfall was the rooms are super tiny and no refrigerator other than that nice play to stay!
