“Clean, new, marvelous service, great price!”

Selecting a hotel on the internet is getting better, but still some bad situation occur. NOT HERE! The hotel is clean, brand new, and the staff is well trained and gives marvelous service. The price right now is sensational - probably won't last. Only inconvenience, its so new that some taxi drivers have trouble finding it. All carry cel phones, so bring the hotel number with you so the driver can call for indications. GREAT PLACE, thank you Expedia!

“Great neighborhood and conveineint location”

Very freindly staff and spoke English well, the location of the hotel is in a good neighborhood and free of traffic noises. There is a mall very close by and within walking distance. Didnt have time for a swim in the pool but it looked so tempting every time i ate breakfast. I will definately return there in the future

“Great hotel, great location”

Hotel was extremely clean. Nice pool area. Great breakfast buffet-lots of fresh fruits and juices, Colombian pastries, and omelettes. The staff was extremely helpful in suggesting restaurants, activities, and places to see around town. Very well-versed in English. Hotel location was terrific - right across the street from a large, brand-new mall, and a short taxi ride away from the restaurants of Parque Lleras. Overall, a great experience - I recommend this hotel to anyone going to Medellin.

“Super Hotel for anyone with taste.....”

This is not our first time at Medellin Royal. Since they open about 5 years ago, we have seen the Hotel and the staff get better and better. From the moment you get in you are treated like family. They are all very knowledgeble, friendly and just simply very nice. From the bell hops to Monica the head of the waiters to the General Manager Maria Teresa Mejias there is only one word to driscribe them and the hotel MAGINICO!! Thank you Medellin Royal for making this New Years so special.......

“Great place for the family!!!”

Very good hotel and will definetely recommend it! Service room was excellent, the food was really good, the environment was excellent. However, I would recommend being a little bit more flexible on the free drinks since arriving from a long day at work could be difficult to meet their deadline of 7pm. Thank you, Javier

“Great hotel, service, location and Dog Host”

We liked the location, very lush and elegant, across the street from an impresive mall with good eateries and shops. Also liked the Modern architecture of the hotel with a large lobby and gardens. We thought having a beautiful and kind dog, named Aquiles around was a loving touch and actually hope that it becomes a trend in hotels. The rooms were nice but the beds a bit too firm. The products in the bathrooms were excellent and the towels soft and good quality. The breakfast was pleasant and tasty, particularly the fresh cheese. The thing we hated and probably the only thing, was the awful and dated pop music that was played, in a country with such amazing music tradition and so many brilliant musicians, why do we have to listen to Phil Collins, etc. I suggest they play a Pandora or Spotify channel with great colombian music. We loved having that fleet of cars with chauffers always available. Overall, we had a great few days in Medellin, a city that despite its reputation is actually a fascinating place with great food and super friendly people. We would go back to Medellin and to this hotel, unless they insist in torturing our ears with bad, dated american pop music.

“Nice Hotel for couples as well as family.”

Clean Hotel, Clean Rooms, Friendly Staff over all very nice hotel to stay in for the value. Located in a very nice,safe and popular area of Medellin.
