I’m not too picky when it comes to most hotels but you get 1 bottle of water for 2 people for 2 days total, tons of mosquitoes, dirty sheets first day we arrived, toilet made crazy sounds every time you flush, food recycled daily. But lots of free alcohol was good!

Don't go with pictures, doesn't show you the terrible that it is. Plz pay attention to reviews not like me. Door pin wasn't working, door frame apart from door. Old TV. No bathroom towels. Bathroom mold, wall tiles coming off. Etc. Never will come again.

Easy to describe; stay in motel 6 you will have a better experience. All the pictures on the hotel post are from 15 years ago. Nothing is as described, everything is dirty, mold and food is very bad. Also room was given to us until 7pm , when we access to the room another people was using it. We spend 40 extra minutes fighting on reception.

Liked that the sheets were clean and AC worked. Disliked the crowds and loud music played by the hotel and the guests brought their own speakers everywhere! There’s really only 1 main pool and 1 restaurant that everyone congregated around all day. They had beach chairs on the beach but also way too close. No peace at all.

Do not stay here they over book we drove 10 hours to arrive and they said our room was taken we could stay in a room with 2 single beds or 1 king bed and maybe the next day we could change rooms. We are a family of 5 with 2 teens. There was 4 other families with the same problem. Had to look for other hotel we had paid in full still have not received refund from hotel.com

La comida es pésima, muy pocas sillas para acostarse, en la playa son contadas las sillas y sombrillas para tanto huésped, no existe una regla de no apartar los camastros en el ares de la alberca ya que son tan pocos y los huéspedes apartar sus camastros para todo el día, el servicio de recepción es lentísimo.

Save your money!! this place suks the food is terrible not worth the "all inclusive" most things were closed the whole place looks like its falling apart did i mention the food suked especially the Italian restaurant that u have to make a reservation at 7am for that day nothing was worth it here i suggest anywhere else. Front desk people are rude as well

This is nothing like the pictures, first and last time... the rooms are so old and towels definitely duty. The food have zero variety plus is no hygiene whatsoever we only get there snacks once and no more. Please don't go! Is being the most horrible nights plus you need to spend your time outside paying for everything.

El hotel es de precio bajo pero el personal no esta capacitado, nos mando a habitaciones erradas, llaves equivocadas. luego pedimo cuartos para 4 personas y nos dio para dos. las televisiones antiguas, el wifi no funcciono. dececionante el servicio.

Tips if you want to stay here.. Huge property, insane and impossible to access without a hike of your life. Rooms are old with spiders and kind of gross. Line for food and beer is 26 people plus due to one bar!!! One! Food decent if you can make the walk and the line.... Beach across the street and super packed...BAR up 2 flights of stairs...No! I left after the first night and went to Hadas.Fell in love there Pool- full of 100 people all day loud and a mess

This resort does not look anything like the pictures shown. Pictures must have been taken when the place opened. The resort is in extreme disrepair. Rooms were horrible and looked like something out of a horror movie. Food variety was terrible and food quality was not the greatest. Resort is not on the beach as the pictures show...you actually have to cross a very busy highway to get the the beach. There are no blankets on the beds just a single sheet and the pillows are like sleeping on logs. The beds are hard. The only great thing about this resort is the staff was very friendly and the Italian restaurant had excellent food. Unfortunately the Italian place is only open on mondays, wednesdays, fridays and saturdays. The other days are for owners only. The staff does not speak english so you better brush up on your spanish before going. The resorts is used mostly by the locals and not really a tourist destination.

Lamentamos no haber cubierto sus expectativas, más es importante mencionarle que tomaremos acciones de mejora en referencia a los alimentos, con gusto realizamos en breve una revisión de menús y calidad de alimentos para poder mejorar esta expectativa. Agradecemos mucho su retroalimentación y no tenga duda en que trabajamos todos los puntos mencionados. Esperamos tenerlo nuevamente.

This staff has as very friendly, the property had a lot to offer. Our only problem was that the air conditioner was full of mold.

Our room was a nice location. Matress was quite soiled. Staff was excellent and did all they could to make our stay a great one. We were the only USA guests. All were Mexican and few spoke english. The evening shows were either karaoke or boring to us as all were in spanish. I think they only have 2 different shows now. They used to be Vegas quality and different every night. The food was good but severely limited in variety as to our past 9 stays here. Property is kept very clean and they offer a good variety of recreational amenities. THEY NO LONGER EXCHANGE CURRENCY AT THE OFFICE. This is a great family place, but it will be our last time.
