“Would definately go back”
Room was very comfortable and very clean. Don't leave breakfast to the last minute everyone seems to go down about 9.30 and food starts running out. Only downside was there seemed to be a few rooms on our floor used by a family group and when they got up in the morning everyone else was wakened up by knocking on doors and shouting along the corridors. Very much a hotel for all ages.
“Pleasantly surprise”
Having read other reviews on this hotel I was a bit apprehensive but all was well. The rooms are average size with plenty cupbard space and really kept very clean. The food I would say was on par with a 3 Star hotel, a bit repetitive but usually always hot. The entertainment guys and girls were magnificent with the kids and adults alike. Only down side was the lifts, only two and only take 6 people at a time. Can take some time to get downstairs, but hey you're on holiday - what's the hurry. Pool is quite large and very well maintained, as are the grounds. There is a kiddy pool, mini golf and a sand pit with swings etc. All in all I would recommend this hotel
“Not Impressed”
Firstly, we thought all the staff were friendly and helpful at all times and booking in and out was made effortless. Now this is the downside, no change of bed linen during the week. Failure to service the bathroom on two occasions i.e. no toilet paper when we arrived and no towels on another occasion. Then we had to wait nearly 3/4 of an hour for clean towels to be delivered. The food was of good quality but monotonous and geared towards clients that live on chips, chips and chips and do not wish to experience local cuisine.
“Average, noisy”
with concrete floors throughout and a room next to the lifts our room was incredibly noisy, not assisted by it raining all weekend and screaming kids in the corridor. Don't be fooled by the 'included meals', sugary, fatty and you have to wear a ridiculous wrist band. much better choices in the area - if you want to holiday as if your in Britan not Spain.
“The worst hotel I have ever stayed in”
All sun loungers gone by 6am There is an apartment block across the road which doesn t seem to have a pool so all its residents come over and take the sun loungers and get free drinks all day No security staff to check who s wearing the hotel s wristbands Only managed to get a bed there once! Queue for bar was at best a couple of minutes but sometimes 10-15mins Food was unimaginably bad, Restaurant smells really bad and is like a sauna It has air conditioning but the hotel staff say it s too expensive to run in the summer so they just leave it off!! If you manage to endure the stifling heat and the awful smell then you can look forward to some of what must be the worst food on the planet Same rubbish every night everything looks and tastes as though it has come out of a tin Desert table exactly the same every night - fruit, kiwi cake and angel delight Came down most evenings to see what they had but it was so bad we only ate in the hotel once during the whole stay! The lifts are unbelievable The entire hotel has just 2 lifts that can fit no more than 4 adults in each and the wait time for a lift is never less than 2 minutes and can take up to 10, you would have to see it to believe it The nightly entertainment is performed inside in a sweltering hot room which is non smoking If you smoke you have to walk about 400 yards to the outdoor bar, which is very dark, has no music and plastic chairs This is without doubt the worst hotel we have ever stayed at!
