"We enjoyed our stay in Santa Monica. The house was very clean and in a great location. Super close to shopping, restaurants and easy to get to many local sights. The host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this location for families."

"It felt like camping which we were fine with. We spent most of our time hiking and visiting family. We do not recommend taking Tuna Canyon Road as Google Map sent us on. We only made that mistake once."

"My sister & I stayed in the Airstream while our 3 adult children stayed in the Carriage House. We had one pm that we lost power but Brooke immediately addressed & fixed the issue the next morning. The grounds are beautiful and we took advantage of the pool & hot tub. Highly recommend this property. You will have a great time!"

"I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local."
