“nice hotel”

Great location close to train and bus and tourist services - not close to beach though. Would stay again

“Barcelo Malaga”

Great location, once you figure out how to get into it - there is a lot of construction on the surrounding roads, and we had a hard time getting to the hotel. You have to park in the train station/mall garage, as the hotel itself has no parking. Take the train there, rather than drive, if you can. Clean, comfortable hotel. The only amenity it is missing is a pool.

“Convenient to go to Andalucia”

Clean and convenient spot to anywhere in Andalucia, but uncomfortable to go to Malaguerta beach

“OK Hotel, AC in the Rooms is not good.”

Nice modern hotel in a convenient location. Biggest complaint is rooms would not get cooler than 25C / 80F even though you set the control at the min of 21.5 C. Makes it tough to sleep.

“An Great Hotel”

We took the train to Malaga from Sevilla and this was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. The gentlemen that we at the front desk were extremely friendly. The hotel in very modern and well decorated.

Traveller's tip
It was about a 20-40 minute walk downtown but there is a hop on hop off bus that stops right in the front of the train station and takes you to all the major parts of town; that I would suggest getting a 24 hour pass. There is a lot of walking that is done inside the local attractions so you may want to save your feet for that part of your exploration of the city. Malaga is amazing, the people are friendly, and it was an all around great weekend getaway.

“modern”

great place possible problem for some -- no dinner etc Breakfast is huge buffet and fantastic room is high style and comfortable
