The room was dreadful, no room in the bathroom carpet disgusting light outside the window all night so unable to sleep. No lounge area or chairs to sit and drink with friends. "We had booked a twin room but on arrival had been advised we had been upgraded free of charge. We were put in a room on the top floor that had no heating. We were supplied with one potable radiator but as it was minus degrees outside we had to ask for another radiator. The corridor was not heated and neither was the bathroom.
