"We have stayed in many chateau’s over the years in France but this was the worst. The room was dreadful, no room in the bathroom carpet disgusting light outside the window all night so unable to sleep. No lounge area or chairs to sit and drink with friends. No atmosphere in restaurant and food very expensive and it was clear we weren’t wanted!! The staff on reception very cheerful and helpful. Overall a terrible expensive experience "

"We had booked a twin room but on arrival had been advised we had been upgraded free of charge. We were put in a room on the top floor that had no heating. We were supplied with one potable radiator but as it was minus degrees outside we had to ask for another radiator. The corridor was not heated and neither was the bathroom. The floor below was lovely and warm and I am unable to understand why we were put in such a cold room. The beds were however comfy and the staff wonderful. "

"Outstanding hotel, with very exciting decor. The large car park in a quiet area is safe and easy to use. The hotel has a small, immaculate bar area and an attractive restaurant serving good, reasonably priced meals.
