Friendly welcome and efficient staff. The room was very clean and spacious. Lovely bathroom with good pressure in the shower. Parking is fine but a little tight with a larger car.

I stayed overnight in a nice room with a comfy bed, decent-sized desk and mini fridge, tv, safe, electric jug, iron & ironing board 👍. Wifi worked well and there were lots of well-placed power sockets. It had a great view, city buildings interspersed with trees and gardens, and on the other side, the 13th century castle donjon which is adjacent to the hotel. Very cool! The hotel is in an ideal position, a few minutes walk from the railway station, near the river and within easy walking distance of all the main sights (with some good museums very close) as well as eateries and shops. Staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately there was a hotel-wide issue with the hot water system in the evening, but guests were given a discount on the cost of their stay as compensation. Breakfast was good. Would be happy to return!

I, my husband and our two teenage sons stayed at Radisson Blu Rouen for 2 nights, between Christmas and new year. It was a good experience overall. We had two minor issues. Even though it was clearly mentioned in our booking that we had a 13-year old and a 16-year old teenager, they gave them a double sofa bed to sleep together which caused us a lot of trouble and two sleepless nights which made our trip slightly unpleasant. Our second issue was breakfast. The breakfast was good, quality of food, etc was all ok. Unfortunately the restaurant was not big enough to cater for the amount of guests that were staying at the hotel and the way the food was arranged made it all the more chaotic as it was a very tight space, not easy to get breakfast and when things ran out, they were not being replaced, etc, especially drinking water and glasses. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The location of the hotel was also great.
