"This resort is really amazing due to its employees. Joel and Carlos at the pool, Georgina for beakfast, Antonio for the wine tasting, Malu for a massage. The housekeeping staff is also amazing. The shows are for us older which we love so we never have to leave the beautiful resort. We’ve been coming here annually for over twenty years and just love it."

"We purchased a Jr. Suite, and needed a roll away bed and to be near my other family members, and thankfully the hotel was not fully booked (assumed), that we were upgraded to a 1st floor luxury suite. We were so happy that they exceeded our expectations ten fold. I might be spoiled now to always book a first floor room. Glad the hotel is not obnoxiously huge, that walking from one side to another was very easy. We are also happy that we could use the other two hotels just like ours. The ease of having a bracelet that unlocks your room and check in for meals was so convenient. My favorite part was the access to the beach, and having full service while lounging on the sand. We never had a problem looking for a beach or pool lounger. Housekeeping was great as well. We happened to be at the same time of many high school grad week vacationers. This gave me a perspective of what to expect if my kids are to come to Mexico before they are 21. I knocked off a star for the food, it was good, but I'm sure it could be better. I highly recommend this hotel, it was central to the downtown Cabo area, $6 Uber to the marina, and walking distance to Walmart and beach restaurants."

"This is a really nice place, centrally located with everything within a walking distance yet far enough away from the crazy clubs so that you can sleep when you are ready to with a sliding door open. This hotel has security gates that close leaving only one entrance after midnight, this is a good thing, the cruiseship area is very expensive but the rest of the place is fairly normal, expect American prices for everything, or a little more. There are water taxis everywhere which are fun and they can take you out for a trip to the arco, lovers beach or just across the harbor, I will 100%do this trip again."
