"We went here for our daughter’s senior year graduation trip. We went with a lot of other families. The property is in a great location right on the water and the property itself is nice. I didn’t see anything that was super glaring. The rooms were old at least on the Blanco side. I got to the hotel and immediately took a shower after our flight and had gotten a bit of water in the bathroom so I took my towel and wiped it up and there was a considerable amount of black on my towel from wiping up just the bathroom area so I decided to pour a little water on the floor in the hallway and it was just as dirty. The other issue is that the bedrooms don’t really have a closet. There is a closet in the bedroom, but it is blocked by the bed so it makes it incredibly difficult to use. Outside of That, the staff were very great. The concierge was amazing and the front desk staff were great. We had an issue with the reservation and they were very quick to clear it up. My daughter’s phone was also taken from near the pool and they really tried to help us find it Would I go here again? Maybe. But there are a few nicer looking room hotels just a little down with just as great location. I’d be a little more comfortable if the rooms were a little cleaner to stay there again."

"This property exceeded our expectations. This was our first all inclusive experience, and we were nervous to see how it went. We had a family with two kids (10 and 14), a couple in their 40s, and grandparents in their 70s with us . We were pleasantly surprised by everything from the way the hotel looks, to the cleanliness and the amenities, and even the food options were great. We had heard that other properties haggle and nickel and dime, but we did not experience that at all here. Highly recommend for groups traveling together or travelers looking to just relax and have everything taken care of for them."

"This resort is really amazing due to its employees. Joel and Carlos at the pool, Georgina for beakfast, Antonio for the wine tasting, Malu for a massage. The housekeeping staff is also amazing. The shows are for us older which we love so we never have to leave the beautiful resort. We’ve been coming here annually for over twenty years and just love it."

"I’ve stayed at Corazón Cabo Resort & Spa four times now, and it’s become my go-to in Cabo for a reason. The amenities are what keep me coming back. The beach club is always a highlight, and the multiple pool decks give you different vibes depending on the day—whether you want something lively or more relaxed. The 360 rooftop bar and pool is a standout experience on its own, especially around sunset, and having a brewery on-site adds a nice, casual option that doesn’t feel like it’s just another hotel bar. The staff has consistently been helpful and welcoming every visit, which makes check-in and the entire stay feel effortless. The location is also ideal—easy walking distance into town and close to the marina/boat port, so you don’t feel stuck or dependent on transportation. I’ve also used their spa services, including massages, and everything has been professional and relaxing. Hospitality overall is solid across the board, from housekeeping to front desk to pool service. Checkout is simple and modern with a QR code system, which makes leaving just as easy as arriving. Overall, it’s a place that balances resort luxury with convenience and a social, fun atmosphere—and that’s why I keep going back."

"We purchased a Jr. Suite, and needed a roll away bed and to be near my other family members, and thankfully the hotel was not fully booked (assumed), that we were upgraded to a 1st floor luxury suite. We were so happy that they exceeded our expectations ten fold. I might be spoiled now to always book a first floor room. Glad the hotel is not obnoxiously huge, that walking from one side to another was very easy. We are also happy that we could use the other two hotels just like ours. The ease of having a bracelet that unlocks your room and check in for meals was so convenient. My favorite part was the access to the beach, and having full service while lounging on the sand. We never had a problem looking for a beach or pool lounger. Housekeeping was great as well. We happened to be at the same time of many high school grad week vacationers. This gave me a perspective of what to expect if my kids are to come to Mexico before they are 21. I knocked off a star for the food, it was good, but I'm sure it could be better. I highly recommend this hotel, it was central to the downtown Cabo area, $6 Uber to the marina, and walking distance to Walmart and beach restaurants."
