Would be great if parking was included, I can understand paying for parking if valet was involved. But had to park my own car and carry my luggage, while paying dying to do so.

Staff and service was absolutely fantastic! I had a lovely stay at the hotel. Took a star off due to the food at the hotel. Or I guess lack thereof. Didn’t realize that once school is out for the summer The Lab is closed. Also McKays is breakfast only, and the food was not great. Stopped eating there after day three. Otherwise the hotel is really lovely and super convenient!

Front desk staff excellent customer service, care and welcoming!! Will be returning for sure! Rooms were great, clean it sure beat our stay at the Westin Bonaventura hotel. Dining availability was close and convenient. All around great stay!

Very clean. Nice room. Staff was friendly. We asked for and received a small microwave. One of the things that I didn't like was the $40/night parking fee. I am fine with paying for parking but if you are already a guest of the hotel it shouldn't be that much per night.

I really liked everything! The staff at the front desk were very nice and efficient! The only thing I didn’t like was how slippery the shower was. I definitely almost hurt myself, so please be careful! I hope they fix this in the future

No restaurant in hotel (room service only) and very noisy people next door fron 12:30am to 3am, which of course the hotel staff could not control, but locked doors between rooms made soundproofing less efficient. Other than those things, my stay was good and the room and bed comfortable.

This was my first time in California and when I came to register the guy at the desk welcomed me. At first I was shocked seeing that I had booked with other hotels who's staff could careless. A simply gesture made a lifetime memory!!!

Pleasant stay. Staff at checkin was great but staff at check out did not acknowledge me waiting, so I had to bother them to tell them I was checking out. Rooms were nice, parking was convenient but should not be $40. No bathroom exhaust fan, drain stopper in bathroom was loose, but there was complimentary water and USC robes. I would definitely stay here again; really need to decrease parking fee of $40.

The building is very old, I did not like the room. The hotel lacks warmth & coziness. I arrived early & was told to sit & wait for my room to be ready, I waited the 30 minutes and at 3pm no or bother to approach me that the room was ready. The front desk service is not the best

The property is simply outdated, carpets have a smell, the furniture is very old and bathroom was clean but you can tell the by the grout and walls the hotel needs a major renovation. You're paying for the convenience of the location.

It's right across the street from USC and most likely the reason you are staying here is for USC. Embrace the Trojan ambiance and the Starbucks on the corner. We stayed 2 nights while we were touring the college and then having fun in LA. It's a great central spot. 30-45 to everywhere that was important to us. Secure parking. Decently priced rooms that were clean. Our only wish was that the breakfast had more choices. It's more like a continental breakfast than an actual buffet or sit down. There were a couple food spots right next door which was helpful and of course University Village has anything else you may need. This is now our go to spot for SC visits. FIGHT ON!
