“Ok for the price”

One of the few nice hotels that have complimentary breakfast so this is a practical choice if you are in between destinations.

“Nice hotel, close to airport, free shuttle”

My husband and I stayed the last 2 days of our trip to California in this Hotel because it was close to the airport, had a free breakfast, free shuttle, parking and internet. I have to confess that when we arrived to the neighborhood we were a little scared, but once we got in the hotel the staff was so nice, we arrived an hour early that the check in time and our room was ready they check us in immediately, also recommended places to eat near the hotel, our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, we went downstairs to the pool and hot tub and we were the only people there, the pool was clean with tempered water, the hot tube was also clean and relaxing, they have complementary towels by the pool, the next day the shuttle we requested to go to Disneyland was 15 minutes early just waiting for us, after having a good complementary hot breakfast we left, at night we requested another shuttle to the airport for 5am ,and when we came down to check out 15 minutes early the shuttle once again was already waiting for us. I’m very happy with the hotel and the services. Travelers tip: a nice Mexican restaurant called El torito is two blocks away, another nice place was a Hawaiian fast food restaurant in the corner, huge portions and super cheap with $20 you can have a full meal for two including a hawing drink.

“Extremely Helpful”

We stayed at this hotel the night before leaving for a cruise. We chose it because it has great rates, is close to the airport, and has a free shuttle (we needed to go back to the airport the next day). There were 3 families travelling together with 5 kids (2 of which are under 2) so we had a few extra requests which were fully and cheerfully met. Best features: -very comfortable beds -hotel staff made sure our rooms were close together -free breakfast was amazing -pancakes, eggs, fruit, cereal, toast, yogurt etc -hotel staff allowed us to use the breakfast room to eat dinner together as a family (11 of us travelling together) -great price!

Clean room, excellent service from concierge in helping us save $$ on long-term parking. Shuttle service to and from airport. Not the best neighborhood, but we felt safe. Excellent hot breakfast provided. Will stay again.

We booked with this hotel at the last minute due to the close proximaty to the Airport. The hotel exceeded all of our expectations and they accomodated each request that we had.

Great hotel for a flight stopover, would even consider staying here as a holiday. Room was much nicer & larger than we expected, staff very friendly, even at all hours through the night and early morning!

“Hawthorne's Best”

This hotel is great, the rooms are huge and clean and its just a 2 minute walk to the Hawthorne station on the green line. Really great for guys like me who need to go downtown without taking shuttles to the aiport and back. The service was excellent, the lady at the reception was very courteous and polite. She told me abt all the amenities and even helped me with directions. I will definitely stay here next time Im in LA.

“Good clean hotel close to airport”

We stayed for 1 night before and after a trip to Tahiti, Room was clean and had all expected ammenaties. We had a rental car on our return and were pleased with the included secure parkade with security code. Hotel alkso has free shuttle to and from airport. Shuttle was punctual. We would deffinately stay at this hotel again. Good value

“Exceeded our expectations...!”

Four of us in one room...? No need to worry. Room was spacious...two comfortable Queen-size beds...mini fridge...LCD tv.....and clean, clean, clean! Hot breakfast buffet every morning...friendly, courtious staff...heated pool...gated, secure parking garage...5 minutes from LAX...and did I mention CLEAN? If we were in this area again, we would not hesitate to stay here.
