"We really enjoyed our 6 nights here. Room was a great size, well appointed and with a lovely view out to the river. Staff were very helpful. The location meant we could easily walk into town as well as providing access to river walks. The general lounge/dining and bar facilities were of a high standard."

"It was one of the best places to stay in Launceston & the staff were friendly courteous & always smiling The breakfast was of high quality with a good menu A special mention to Nicole in the dining area/always cheery & with a friendly disposition & definately made our stay just that much better We would certainly recommend this hotel to our friends & will be back again for sure With Thx Derek & Janine "
