"I got “insurance”on my visit. They did not honor it and I was charged for two nights and didn’t stay for either. Do not stay here or use Expedia for planning a trip."

"We were given a room on the sixth floor. When got up to the room we found the A/C wasn’t working , the headboard on the bed looked like it had been sprayed with something and torn . There were no wash cloths, we had towels and hand towels. We were so exhausted from our drive up we decided to address in the morning. We addressed it the next morning and were given a different room on the third floor . The A/C worked great but was a portable one setup to be a long term usage. Walls in the halls had just been painted, some of the wall paper was peeling off , the cove base was missing . In general it appeared that hotel was going through some very low cost renovation and wasn’t finished yet. I will not utilize any hotels in this chain in the future ."

"Breakfast was low and out of waffle mix and items. Bedroom did not have sheets or blankets for the pull out sofa and had to go ask for some very late at night when got in. Renovating so when checked in there was Sheetrock all over the floor and dust. Parking difficult when hotel Full due to renovation dumpsters taking up lot."

"Only good thing I can say about the property. The room was clean when I came in the lobby was set at 80° and never changed the whole time. I was there got up to the room. We set the temperature to 60° to cool down the room. It never felt like 60°. The whole place was supposed to be a smoke free location the whole room smelled that way, and the location was full. You have to get to the breakfast early because they would never restocked what they had."

"Well I had to leave early and it was up to the hotel to refund me for the days I wasn’t there. Guess they don’t believe in emergency situations causing guest to leave early. No refund (which is their prerogative) and wasn’t required. Hotel is pretty run down. Elevator is ragged looking. Rooms were just okay."

"Kimberly, who checked us in at the desk was very kind, efficient, and helpful. I mentioned wanting to eat at the restaurant and she gave me an excellent recommendation of her favorite offering and also showed us a shortcut to the restaurant from our room. The room was comfortable. I again noticed the huge, fluffy bath towels and the excellent toiletry sipplues, which smell so good. This is the best hotel value ever, I think."
