"Hotel was a bit difficult for us to find on foot when we first arrived on an airport bus. However, we discovered later that there were multiple bus/tram stops around the corner, so very convenient to use public transportation. Reception staff were very helpful in giving us suggestions and directions. Breakfast was okay; there was a decent selection of hot and cold foods. Lots of restaurants and take out places nearby, and there was a convenience store around the corner for drinks and snacks....

"The room was nice enough and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay, not very delicious but fine for being included with the room rate. All in all it was a fine hotel for a short stay. The location wasn’t bad either - an easy walk to Republic Square. If you are considering the spa, I wouldn’t recommend. “Spa” is a misnomer as it is just one large dark room with a jacuzzi, two lounge chairs, and a very small sauna. Massages are also only offered in your hotel room or the spa....

"Hotel is definitely not a four star due to lack of cleanliness. At best a 3 star due to the location and young hip friendly staff. Cleaning staff didnt even bother to clean or remove our trash until we complained the next days. Bathroom had no instructions on whaat is their towel policy and lack of shampoos and shower gels, they infact gave a soap bar. Moreover, we found blood stains on the floor. Wont recommend for kids or toddlers. "
