"I really enjoy this hotel… Haven't stayed there in a few years and the service is just as good and the hotel as clean as the first time. I was traveling alone this trip so I a quiet and tasty dinner in the hotel restaurant. Very reasonable room price compared to the hotels in Boston that weekend."

"For a somewhat modestly priced hotel, this one is a winner. Modern, stylish, immaculate. My room was in perfect shape in all regards, and filled with thoughtful touches in the bathroom. A nice breakfast is included, and that only adds to the ease of things. They even have parking spaces with roofing overhead. Altogether, a most delightful hotel that I heartily recommend."

"Large clean rooms but the moment you enter the property has a faint smell that I cant my finger on it. Nice facility overall. Staff nice to accomodate you. The evening manager promptly gave me ice while overhearing my conversation from front person. Taquan (I am sure I spelled that wrong) the next morning helped us to rechecking for extended stay. Wish there was a coffee machine, even if paid for a better coffee :-)"

"I loved our room, a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. Great size for a long stay, with full size refrigerator, dressers, bathroom drawer space, great closet in the master bedroom, great pillows. The carpet by my dresser felt sticky, but that's why you don't place personal items that need to be clean on the floor. The stove kept turning off when I was boiling eggs, but I understand its a safety feature. The only negative was that the buffet breakfast was not available due to remodeling. A breakfast with protein was a primary factor in choosing where to stay so this was very disappointing. I wish I was told this prior to booking; maybe that's a Hotels.com problem rather than the hotel. Also, they have free laundry, but buy or bring your supplies. They charge $5 for a single detergent pod or for 2 dryer sheets."

"I had a terrible stay. I booked the room so I could rest for the night before having to drive the 2+ hour trip home. The people at the desk for check in were very nice. I went to the elevator to go to my room and was greeted with a terrible sewer order. Once in my room I noticed the bathroom was not clean. Hair in the tub and feces splash under the toilet rim was not clean. I ordered room service which came quickly and was good. I wanted to go to bed early and had lights out at 9 pm. The hotel was filled with boy’s probably age 10-13. I assumed it was some school trip or sports tournament. The kids were running up and down the hallways screaming. I figured they would be spoken to by parents or hotel staff. I understood how these things happen but when it was still going on at 11pm I tried to call the front desk multiple times with no answer. I called multiple times before 1am. I could not sleep and eventually got up to leave at 4am. When I checked out I asked for someone to walk to my car since it was still dark. The gentleman who worked security was nice enough to walk me. He told me he was the only security person on that night and he had so many calls for noise, drinking and yelling the was not able to get to them all. I spent $300 to shower, eat a bowl of soup and to drive home with zero sleep because the hotel and the parents of these kids had no concern or control over theses kids. I want my money back."
