I had a great stay at the property. It was pet friendly with spacious rooms. The breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient for me being able to drop off my rental car in the Albany Airport, and they come pick me up. I didn't fly until rhe next morning. So the morning shuttle was great too.

I thought it was clean, quiet and safe. Just wasn't use to the full laminate floor thing, but overall it was good stay!! i must point the Staff was EXCELLENT!

We checked in at 10:30 pm for a room with two beds. There were only rooms available with a king bed which my 17 year old son did not want to share with his mom. The staff person said we could cancel our reservation and find another hotel at 10:30 pm. Fortunately another guest who was checking in after us heard our dilemma and switched rooms. The breakfast was good. We were gone the entire day and when we can back room was not cleaned. When I inquired about why the room hadn’t been serviced they told me they only clean the rooms once every 3 days! I asked where that was stated and they said it was just their policy. Parking was easy and breakfast good but would not stay there again.

We stayed here for just one night to catch a flight early the next morning. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport making for an easy morning. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights for the NCAA basketball tournament at the end of March and we loved it! It was clean, quiet and convenient to get to the arena. The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it!

The hallway floors are very dirty. I am on the second floor and they never vacuumed the hallway. There is even a piece of plastic glove on the floor.

When we had a problem with noise in our room, the moved us to a great one on the third floor. First floor near pool can be noisy if there is a kids tournament that weekend. Also noise comes through being on first floor….

Great facility. Ended up staying 4 nights but couldn’t sleep for two of them due to constant thumping and banging coming from above our room( 128) . Staff wouldn’t believe me at first—- it went on all day and past 11:30 am and started at about 6 am. Finally I caught a front desk person and got them to come in the room and listen. They wouldn’t talk to the people upstairs and checked to see if they were going to be there the last night ( they were) so we have to switch rooms( inconvenient as we stayed here specifically because we could stay in the same room for 4 nights—- and couldn’t sleep for two of them due to the banging!) It would have been nice if the staff would have moved the people who were banging on the floor all night and day. Would not recommend due to this.
